Terms of Service

By purchasing the BillProof billing audit, you agree to the following terms:

Service

We provide a one-time audit of your Stripe metered billing, reconciling usage events against charges to identify discrepancies. Report delivered within 5 business days of receiving your data.

Payment

The fee of €500 is a one-time charge processed via Stripe. No recurring charges.

Refunds

If we have not begun work on your audit, you may request a full refund within 48 hours. Once analysis has started, refunds are not available.

Data Access

We use read-only Stripe API keys only. We cannot modify your Stripe account. All keys are revoked after audit completion.
